Inside the property, smoking is strictly prohibited.

Please note that, for your safety, there are smoke detectors that will activate automatically and alert the authorities in case of smoke.
Smoking is allowed outside, and cigarette butts should be disposed of in the designated ashtrays.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Security Video Surveillance

The outdoor areas are subject to video surveillance, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

No private/closed areas are recorded. The recordings are made for security purposes only.

Outdoor Lighting

The outdoor lighting is on a timed system and cannot be activated on command. Lights will turn on at sunset and turn off at midnight.

Others

Inside the bedroom on the ground floor, there is a built-in wardrobe with blue doors. This wardrobe is locked and cannot be used.
