Espresso Coffee, Tea and Water

Our kitchen is equipped with an espresso coffee machine and a kettle. You will find a small supply of coffee capsules, tea bags, and sugar.
In the refrigerator, you’ll find some bottles of water. They’re for you.
This should be enough for your entire stay, but if you’d like more, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Additionally, inside one of the kitchen cabinets, you’ll find extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and other spices.

Dishes

Plates, cups, mugs, bowls, and trays can be found in the kitchen cabinets.
Utensils, serving tools, as well as pots and pans are stored in the drawers inside the door to the left of the refrigerator.

Washing Machine and Dishwasher

The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The detergents can be found in the wooden box placed on the kitchen countertop.
For the dishwasher, we recommend using program 1, while for the washing machine, select the first program by turning the knob to the right.

Iron, Ironing Board and Drying Rack

You can find an iron and ironing board in the bedroom on the ground floor, inside the wardrobe.
The clothes drying rack is positioned behind the wardrobe.

TV

Each room of the house is equipped with a Smart TV. Netflix is available for your use, and we kindly ask you to use the "Guest" profile.

Bathroom Facilities

Each room has its own bathroom. Please use it with care and do not dispose of anything in the toilet besides toilet paper.
You will find the linens in the bathroom or in your room, as well as a set of body care products.
Please leave the towels in the property, both during your stay and upon departure.
Each bathroom is also equipped with an hairdryer, which is located in the cabinet under the sink.

Water & Electricity

The water is drinkable.
The electrical power supply is 220V, with a frequency of 50 Hz.

We kindly ask for responsible and environmentally conscious energy consumption.

Air Conditioning

Although the layout of the spaces, with thick stone walls, keeps the rooms cool during the summer months, the house is equipped with an air conditioning system.

We kindly ask for responsible use and remind you to turn it off when you leave the property.

Heating System

The heating in the property is provided by radiators in each room. The temperature of the thermostats is set according to local regulations.

Fire Extinguisher

Inside the property, there are two CO2 fire extinguishers, one each floor. One is located in the kitchen, beneath the microwave. The second one is located in the bedroom on the second floor, next to the wardrobe.

First Aid Kit

In the wardrobe of your room, you can find a first aid kit.
If you need to use it, please let us know so that we can keep it fully stocked.

Outdoors and Garden

Outside, there is a sunbathing area with a small garden and a relaxation area with sofas.
You are welcome to use them at your leisure, at any time of the day.

In the evening, we kindly ask you to keep the noise level down and observe quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am.

Flowers and plants make this space even more beautiful and fragrant, so please refrain from picking or damaging them.
Smoking is allowed outside, and cigarette butts should be disposed of in the designated ashtrays.

You will find cushions for the sofas and sun loungers in the iron cabinet in the courtyard, behind the sofas.
Please remember to put them away in case of rain.
